Pasta & Basta started out as a family business, from a love of Italian cuisine and the passion of cooking with locally sourced ingredients. We believe in the authenticity of our dishes, so we cook our pasta as Nonna used to make them - following traditional recipes and sprinkling a bit of love on top, as well as a lot of parmeggiano.
